PROGRAMS
The key to real growth is consistency. Our athletes don't just get 2-3 days per week of practice. They are provided programs for the entirety of our season, to do at home, to remain consistent in developing their craft.

Pitching/Catching Program –
- October/November: Ramp Up
Building arm strength by working on conditioning, flexibility and mobility.
- December: Velocity
Increasing velo, while working on proper pre and post-throwing arm care.
- January: Competition
Live bullpens with a focus on accuracy and location.
Hitting Program –
- October/November
Strength/Conditioning/Mobility, focusing on swing speed and strength
- December
Technique and swing path
- January
Fine tuning – Video data and breakdown
Fielding Program –
- October/November:
Strength/Conditioning/Mobility
Focusing on increasing range, mobility, flexibility, footwork and more.
- December: Fielding technique
Position focused fielding and footwork development
- January: Live Fielding
Working at projected positions. Focusing on chemistry and high-rep opportunities.
